Title: Apple Cider

Yield: 1 Batch

Use fresh cider that is made from sound sweet apples. Pour the cider into a kettle and heat steaming hot (do not boil), skim. Pour into clean jars to within 1/2 inch of top of jar. Put on cap, screwing the band tight.

Process 10 minutes boiling water bath.
